lecturer si atat. In situatii precum aceasta, raportarea la sistemul din tarile de limba engleza este de preferat traducerii cuvant cu cuvant.
Foarte simplificat: in limba romana se spune lector stagiar si lector. In limba engleza este lecturer is senior lecturer. Diferentierea este, deci, facuta in moduri diferite.
Oricum, in mod normal, stagiar este in training, nu assistant (adica asistent), nu probationer (in proba; este vorba despre acel interval de timp in care se poate desface contractul fara ca angajatorul sa sufere penalitati) nu resident (al firmei / institutiei, adica nu third party; pentru situatiile in care firma / institutia respectiva nu are lecturing ca obiect de activitate principal)
