agree  Ioana Claudia Popa, DMD, PhD: Da, acesta este termenul tipic folosit, dupa cate stiu eu, numai in UK si probabil si in tarile Commonwealth-ului. Mie imi este cunoscut din domeniul pedagogic, viitorii profesori trebuie sa treaca prin "induction period".
