1. Cum adica prima infiintare? A fost si o ... a doua infiintare? :-) In concluzie, am decis sa ignor partea acesta.
2. Cuvantul "public" pe care, de altfel, l-am tradus ca atare suna total artificial in constructia "public wastewater". Personal, as prefera "local", "city", eyc.

"wastewater" - intr-un cuvant;
"system" - deoarece nu include numai conductele ("piping" sau, mai greoi, "network") ci si toate elementele conexe: pompe, filtrari, puncte de acces / interventie, tratare,etc. => este in sistem complet, chiar daca in limba romana de foloseste cuvantul "retea";
