The transactions details are displayed in date order. The description is shown if you filled in the description box at the time of the transaction, or if it has been auto-generated by the system. The transactions for credit card accounts are displayed in a similar manner to your printed credit card statement, showing payments as negative amounts and purchases as positive amounts. In addition to the book balance being displayed, the available credit is also shown. You can export these transactions to a file on your PC by clicking the Export Activity button.
