În cazul constatării unor diferenţe în minus, precum şi a depistării falsurilor, BN va întocmi şi expedia băncilor procesele-verbale de constatare, după caz, în baza cărora Banca este obligată să acopere diferenţele depistate. Diferenţa depistată în plus, va fi transferată de către BN, în contul de decontare al Băncii, în baza procesului-verbal de constatare.
