Romanian to English translations [PRO]

Romanian term or phrase: la rosu
Context: Durata de finalizare a unei case din lemn "la roşu" este de cca 45 zile de la data încheierii contractului, iar "la cheie" de cca. 100 zile.

Stiu ca brick stage inseamna "la rosu" cand vorbim despre case din caramida, dar nu stiu cum as putea traduce "la rosu" in contextul predarii unei case de lemn.
