diferenta este ca unii termeni sunt cunoscuti universal (canton) iar altii (comuna), NU. Scopul unei traduceri sau interpretari este ca sa transmita mesajul in asa fel ca sa poata fi inteles de catre recipient, altfel pt. ce mai traducem/interpretam.
La fel de consternaţi ar fi, cred, cei de la tribunalul local dacă ar auzi de "the canton X of Switzerland", "the Y junta of Spain", "the 16th arrondissement of Paris" etc.? Devin toţi aceşti termeni district/county, region, neighbourhood/borough etc.?
Localizarea poate fi uneori nejustificată, chiar dacă într-un act apar termeni mai dificili pentru publicul larg.
întrucât nu postez pt.puncte, este absolut amuzant să citesc cum 5 colegi care trăiesc în România știu mai bine ce și cum se vorbește în US. Dacă aș face greșeala să folosesc în tribunal, de ex., „commune” aș fi întâmpinat cu priviri consternate, ce vrei să spui ? Pur și simplu „commune” nu este în vocabularul cotidian al americanului. Spune-i ”township” și va înțelege. Eu, de ex. locuiesc în township of Lower Merion , village Ardmore. Că arată total diferit decât un sat sau o comună din RO, asta este altă poveste.
Vezi numele localităților. Din Română, e pentru România. Într-adevăr, adeverința e pt. USA. Dar dacă pui village comuna, cum pui satul???Persoana e din sat. Sat care aparține de comună. Asta mă întrebam.
În US. ”commune” nu are nici un sens și ”village” este cel mai apropiat.
În contextul acesta este important ca recipientul să aibă o reprezentare unde a fost tratat inițial pacientul. „Commune” este un termen specific românesc și mă îndoiesc că multă lume din afară cunoaște acest lucru.
Am găsit commune, sau village. Apare în text prima dată o localitate mai mică ( sat să zicem Telecus) apoi comuna Tileagd. Cum ar fi corect?
