sincer, nu sunt satisfacut decat partial de raspunsuri.Oricum, va multumesc.
Dar eu vreau un echivalent pentru un director tehnic intr-o firma de constructii, si de asemenea oabreviere, asa cum, repet, pentru director general, sau general manager, exista abrevierea CEO (chief executive officer).

desigur, in constructii, in loc de CEO , cel mai ades este folosit temenul de project manager, dar nu este de loc exclus si CEO.
Cat despre directorul tehnic= CTO(chief tech. officer), este doar o parere a mea, pe care nu o argumentez cu nici un fel de link sau referinta.
