Buna ziua, consider ca traducerea care exprima cel mai bine ce se doreste in text este aceasta. In principiu, "frame(work) contract" nu poate fi considerat, in cazul acesta, drept contract de baza deoarece este contractul dintre asigurat si beneficiar (tert), termenul putand fi folosit insa cand este vorba de contractul dintre asigurat si asigurator.
