Banuiesc ca termenul "atestare avocatiala" se refera la faptul ca avocatul atesta o stare de lucruri (in legatura cu un client), nu ca cineva (o institutie) atesta calitatea de avocat a cuiva.
Prefer termenul englezesc "lawyer's certification", intrucat l-am intalnit in documente redactate de juristi a caror limba materna este engleza - cele cateva exemple ale folosirii termenului "lawyer's attestation" sunt luate toate din texte ale caror autori nu sunt, dupa toate probabilitatile, vorbitori nativi de engleza.
Totusi (a se vedea al doilea examplu de utilizare), "lawyer's certification" se poate referi si la atestarea calitatii de avocat a cuiva.
