Romanian term or phrase: angajament legal Orice plată va fi efectuată fără angajament legal. Atât zice contextul meu. Este un Patient Information Sheet pentru un studiu de cercetare asupra unui medicament pentru epilepsie. Este vorba despre back-translation, de aceea mă derutează formularea, pe care nu am mai întâlnit-o. "Plata" respectivă se referă la despăgubirile pe care le-ar primi subiectul în cazul unor prejudicii cauzate de participarea la studiu, ca urmare a medicamentului administrat sau a testelor şi procedurilor la care a fost supus subiectul. Deci, mă puteţi ajuta să ghicesc cum a sunat iniţial în engleză "Orice plată va fi efectuată fără angajament legal?" Mulţumesc anticipat.
