Romanian term or phrase: chemare in judecata nominalizata
O firma da in judecata o alta firma si un organism guvernamental - ea "s-a adresat in instanta cu cererea de chemare in judecata nominalizata" - inseamna ca cei doi piriti sunt numiti separat? Nu imi este clar acest termen si nu stiu cum sa il traduc in engleza, daca ma puteti ajuta.

In primul rand cine a tradus in romana a tradus gresit "chemare in judecata nominalizata," Mai romaneste suna "chemare nominalizata in judecata," daca ar fi sa pastram termenul in sine. "Nominalizat(a)" se refera la indicarea individuala a paratilor, cum ar fi in romana "se cheama in judecata paratul cunoscut sub numele de X si paratul cunoscut sub numele de Y." In engleza "nominal" se refera la cifre si nu la nume. "nominated" se refera la nume, si poate fi folosit aici dar cu grija in formulare.
