Explanation:

De pe Proz (multe alte exemple pe net însă), cred că se potriveşte în context:

"The State shall bear (the accused's) court costs" or "The accused's court costs shall be borne by the State" since in Spain (and I assume in other jurisdictions) an accused found not guilty in criminal proceedings is never ordered to pay his own costs.
