Law/Patents
Romanian term or phrase: L.S. ss. inasseifrasil
It is a family register issued in 1943 in a Romanian town with Hungarian population, most likely to the Nazi authoriries to prove that the bearer was "100% Aryan". It is in 2 languages, German and Hungarian, sometimes hard to read as it is very old.It gives the deatails of births and marriages from his grandparents on.
At the bottom of the document there are these mysterious letters and words, which don't have their German version next to them, unlike other words.
I wonder if anyone may have a guess of what they mean.
Many thanks for any ideas.
Please answer in English.
Svetlana
It is Romanian:
Explanation:
L.S. = Loc stampila (place for the seal)
ss = semnatura (=signature)
indescifrabil = illegible

So it's *illegible signature*

That\'s why I changed the languages.

Christian, many thanks, brilliant job deciphering that "indescifrabil" purely from the context (as my message obviously wasn't a lot of help). I am not into legal/document translation, and the page except for these words was completely in Hungarian and German, so I couldn't possibly guess.
Thanks to all who expressed their opinion.
Cheers
