Examen de obţinerea gradului de medic primar şi farmacist primar Listeaza E-mail

Ministerul Sănătăţii organizează la data de 22 iunie 2005, examen pentru obţinerea gradului de medic primar, respectiv farmacist primar. Examenul se va desfăşura în centre universitare medicale.

La acest examen pot participa medicii şi farmaciştii specialişti cu minimum 5 ani vechime în munca în specialitate, de la încadrarea ca medici specialişti sau farmacişti specialişti până la data de 31 decembrie 2005 (inclusiv cei confirmaţi specialişti în sesiunea octombrie 2000 prin ordinul MS nr.1011/4 dec.2000). Tot în această sesiune se pot prezenta şi medicii specialişti chirurgie maxilo-facială care nu au absolvit încă ambele facultăţi (medicină generală şi stomatologie generală). Înscrierile candidaţilor se vor face la direcţiile de sănătate publică judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti, la ministerele cu reţea sanitară proprie, până la data de 30 mai 2005, inclusiv. Cadrele didactice şi de cercetare ştiinţifică medicală vor depune dosarele până la aceeaşi dată, la Centrul Naţional de Perfecţionare în Domeniul Sanitar Bucureşti (din str.Bodeşti nr.l sector 2, Bucureşti).

Pharmacists are health professionals who practice the science of pharmacy. In their traditional role, pharmacists typically take a request for medicines from a prescribing health care provider in the form of a medical prescription and dispense the medication to the patient and counsel them on the proper use and adverse effects of that medication. In this role, pharmacists ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Pharmacists also participate in disease-state management, where they optimize and monitor drug therapy or interpret medical laboratory results – in collaboration with physicians and/or other health professionals. Advances into prescribing medication and in provding public health advices and services are occurring in Britain. Pharmacists have many areas of expertise and are a critical source of medical knowledge in clinics, hospitals, medical laboratory and community pharmacies throughout the world. Pharmacists also hold positions in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in pharmaceutical education and research and development institutions.

In schimb, in strainatate primary pharmacist sau primary physician este altceva.. eu asa am inteles... deci?

Abstract

Several studies have concluded that specialists form a hidden system for primary-care delivery. However, these studies assume that a specialist who provides the majority of care is the primary-care physician. Using data for a one-year period from 2752 people enrolled in the Rand Health Insurance Experiment, we examined the validity of this conclusion. We compared the effects of three different definitions of a primary-care physician on identification of the primary-care provider: the physician who delivered the "majority of care" (34 per cent were specialists), the physician designated by the patient to receive the results of a multiphasic-screening examination (12 per cent were specialists), and the physician who treated common problems (9 per cent were specialists). Use of the "majority-of-care" criterion to define primary care overestimated by threefold the contribution specialists make to this activity. Definitions of a primary-care physician must be more specific and should include the tasks frequently associated with primary care, as well as patients' perceptions of the physician who provides their primary care.

THE RESIDENCY EXPERIENCE

Throughout the residency he/she will be expected to:

Serve as a primary provider of pharmaceutical care in the Department of Family Medicine (including but not limited to the Family Medicine Center,University Family Medicine, Family Medicine inpatient service, and the Family Medicine Pharmacy). When the resident is responsible for covering the Family Medicine inpatient service they will be the primary pharmacist on-call for weekends and after hours.
