I would like more context, but as far as "capsula oarba" goes, it sounds like we are having a "double challenge" situation, where somebody gets tested on something like an allergy, for example.
The patient is given two capsules. One of them contains the alleged food he/she is allergic to, the other one contains nothing, it is like a "placebo", it is a "blind capsule".
"This is oral food extract in capsules so that neither patient nor medical personnel administering it knows which capsule is containing food, respectively placebo (not containing allergenic). This ensures the objectivity of testing, eliminating the psychological influence."
