vitreous reticular adhesions Explanation: "Of those with anterior vitreous face changes, 60% (3 of 5) eyes showed a fine meshwork-like reticular response termed "anterior vitreous reticular response" (AVR); 20% (1 of 5) eyes showed a scaffold response; and 20% (1 of 5) eyes showed a mixed response at the last follow-up examination. The difference in visual acuity before and after the development of the AVR response was not significant (P = .712). The mean age of patients with eyes having a clear visual axis was 12.1 ± 2.3 years (median = 11.0; range, 9.1 to 16.0), and the mean age of patients with eyes having anterior vitreous face changes was 5.1 ± 3.4 years (median = 3.6; range, 2.3 to 11.6) (P = .0098). http://www.noorvision.com/weblog/archives/2004/01/index.html ...foarte frecvent, termenul întâlnit este "vitreoretinal adhesions" şi de aceea iniţial am crezut că este un "typo" (retineal în loc de reticular); până la urmă, iată că această formulare "meshwork-like" pare destul de convingătoare. ...uneori, în loc de "adhesions" se foloseşte "debrises"...dar referinţele sunt mult mai rare Succes! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 ore (2006-08-10 10:03:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ...foarte bună soluţia lui Ciprian, mai sintetică şi mai elegantă decât varianta mea cam lungă :) ...rămâne doar dubiul dacă e vitreoretinal sau vitreous reticular... |
