liz askew: only one hit...and we usually use "lymphadenopathy"

-> it seems that "lymphadenopathy" is a generic term for all types of lymph nodes diseases (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphadenopathy), while "adenopathic block" refers to a specific disease of the lymph nodes.
