MACRO: Piesă de 2,3/2,3/1,5 cm.

MICRO: Metastază limfoganglionară de carcinom scuamos moderat diferențiat histologic.
IHC: celulele tumorale sunt pozitive în colorațiile pentru CK HMVV, CK5/6, focal pozitive în colorația pentru CK7, negative în colorațiile pentru TTF-1, CK20, receptori hormonali estrogenici și progesteronici.

CONCLUZIE: În contextul datelor clinice aspectul histologic este compatibil cu diagnosticul de metastază limfoganglionară a carcinomului scuamos ***de police*** cunoscut și tratat la această pacientă.
