Dacă e să "producem" o traducere cuvânt cu cuvânt, poţi să-i spui simplu "health of the organizational culture". Mie nu-mi spune însă mare lucru pt. că atunci poate urma întrebarea, cum e "Mioriţa" pt. români? E sănătoasă sau nu?
