greffier Explanation: persoana care face referatul, in cadrul instruirii unui dosar (din acest cadru) nu este alta, decât "grefierul" (întrebuintat aproape întotdeauna doar la masculin) sau substitutul de grefier (ex. un stagiar care înca nu a devenit grefier cu diploma...) deci in acest context "référent" este termenul generic pentru grefier sau secretar.
