Firmenbezeichnungen werden nie übersetzt, auch nicht die Rechtsform! Z.B. hatte ich irgendwo mal "SC Banca Germana SA" gesehen. Die Deutsche Bank AG war nicht ganz begeistert. |

??, HG, AG, GmbH Explanation: EC nu îmi dau seama ce poate fi (poate fi şi Comunitatea Europeana, în forma engleză "European Community",dar şi abrevierea de la "economist". SC înseamnă întotdeauna "societate comercială", deoarece societatea în comandită, avînd două forme: societatea în comandită simplă şi societatea în comandită pe acţiuni, se abreviază "SCS" şi "SCA". SA = Societate pe acţiuni SRL = Societate cu răspundere limitată |
