disagree  Susanna & Christian Popescu: sorry, das aşa ceva nu există. Există un singur link cu această variantă, şi acela este dintr-un forum. Pe cale de consecinţă ar trebui să acceptăm şi "vorbeifahrnende" şi "NaAchricht", termeni folosiţi de autorul respectiv în intervenţia sa (?!)

Übergabeprotokoll


Explanation:
Übergabeprotokoll ist der gängige Begriff. Der rumänische Terminus ist ebenso wie die rum. Praxis recht umständlich. Wenns um Akten geht, bricht in Rumänien die Genauigkeit aus und zwangsläufige Implikationen werden expliziert. Daher kurz, knapp und üblich: Übergabeprotokoll.

Ich möchte hinzufügen: Besitz Setzung ist, auch abgesehen von dem entschuldbaren Buchstabendreher, schlicht falsch. Das Wort gibt es nicht.

Asker: Acestea sunt 2 paragrafe relevante din contractul cu pricina, in speranta ca poate clarifica suficient contextul: 3.1.2 Cumparatorul se obliga ca, in termen de maxim [_] luni de la primirea efectiva in posesie a Colectiei xxxxx si semnarea procesului verbal de punere in posesie, sa efectueze toate demersurile pentru expertizarea tablourilor in vederea stabilirii autenticitatii acestora. In acest sens el va consulta experti in domeniu, care potrivit legislatiei nationale si internationale in vigoare, au calitatea si indeplinesc conditiile prevazute de lege pentru realizarea expertizei. 6.1.1 Vanzatorii declara ca sunt titularii exclusivi ai dreptului de proprietate asupra celor 374 de tablouri (pozitiile 1-374), enumerate in Anexa 1 la prezentul Contract, fiind mostenitorii defunctului xxxxxxxxxxxxx (nume german yyyyyyyyyy) conform certificatului de mostenitor nr. 50/3.04.2001. In urma sentintei penale pronuntata in ianuarie 1964, acesta a fost condamnat la o pedeapsa de 5 ani inchisoare corectionala, suspendarea unor drepturi si confiscarea intregii averi. In cadrul masurii confiscarii au fost trecute in proprietatea statului cele 374 de tablouri ce fac obiectul prezentului contract si predate in custodie Muzeului de Arta al R.P.R.la data de 24.01.1974.

Asker: In contextul pe care l-am scris mai devreme am considerat ca varianta propusa de Christian este cea mai apropiata de adevar. Mai precis, dat fiind faptul ca persoana respectiva a detinut dreptul de proprietate asupra tablourilor si a suferit pierderea abuziva a acestui drept in 1964.

neutral  Stefan Trappen: Besitzeinräumung hat einen sehr präzisen jur. Sinn, nicht unbedingt identisch mit Besitzübergabe. Rosemaries verdienstvolles Wörterbuch (www.geocities.com/rosemarie_corlan/Rechtswoerterbuch.html) ist bisweilen noch nicht perfekt.
