Polita mai sus mentionata va trebui sa contina clauza prin care Compania de Asigurari declara ca renunta la dreptul sau de subrogatie in ceea ce ne priveste pe noi si pe angajatii Cumparatorului.

Din cate am inteles, in drept subrogatie se refera la inlocuire dar tot nu am gasit un termen satisfacator.

"Subrogation" e un termen preluat din engleză şi se întâlneşte mai rar în Germania şi mai des în Elveţia. Aşa că personal aş opta pentru "Eintrittsrecht".
