"vazand si" ist typische rumanische Jursitensprache
wenn das Wort "beruecksichtigen" umbedingt verwendet werden soll, wuerde ich lieber "Unter Berücksichtigung" vorschlagen
das "si" - wörtlich als "und" übersetzt - kann wegfallen ohne daß inhaltlich was verlorengeht
