Margherita, non ho capito esattamente se il tuo dubbio riguarda il significato della sigla C.F. (Carte Funciară) o la traduzione in italiano della sigla.
A proposito di "carte funciară" sono già state aperte diverse discussioni su proz... in particolare ti rimando a questa utilissima divagazione di una nostra collega sul sistema catastale romeno:

Sì esatto! In questo caso la sigla è una precisazione supplementare... sul web trovi tante occorrenze di questo tipo: ... inregistrat (o intabulat / inscris / transcris) in Cartea funciara sub nr. ...
