În asemenea contexte, eu prefer să las denumirea originală şi să adaug traducerea în paranteză: încercarea de a echiva două sisteme sanitare diferite nu are mari şanse de a respecta realitatea.
În România nu există "aziende ospedaliere" pentru că (încă) nu există corporaţii spitaliceşti grupate în mod asemănător sistemului sanitar italian.
În plus, "Pronto Soccorso" este doar un departament/secţie (cum ar fi la noi, Camera de Gardă/Secţia de Urgenţă).
