Si tratta di un paziente che ha subito un incidente non grave. Il medico descrive le lesioni e i trattamenti medici. Tra le altre ha riportato una ferita al mento. Non riesco a capire il senso della frase che segue:

Mentonier median, solutie de continuitate de 2.2 cm, suturata cu 2 fire ata.

Dunque il senso della frase può essere questo:
