În text trebuia să mai apară o virgulă, deci ar trebui citit astfel: "constată doar obligaţia de a face, ANUME a transfera dreptul de proprietate...". Traducerea ar fi "la obligación de hacer, es decir/respectivamente transferir el derecho de propiedad...".
Definiţii:
"Son obligaciones de hacer, las que obligan a realizar un hecho. Son obligaciones de no hacer, las que implican una abstención [...]".
