Am câteva nelamuriri in legatura cu un text ce trebuie sa traduc. E vorba despre "parchetul de pe langa inalta curte de casatie si justitie". Prima data apare ca titlu "România-Ministerul Públic-Parchetul de pe langa inalta curte de casatie si justitie-Serviciul de cooperare judiciara internationala, relatii internationale si programe".
in acest caz l-am tradus ceva de genul " Rumanía-Ministerio Público- Fiscalía General-Servicio de cooperación jurídica internacional, relaciones internacionales y programas"
In al doilea caz nu stiu daca am tradus corect "Conform dispozitiilor art. xxx C.pr.pen. organele de politie vor aduce la Parchetul de pe lânga judecatoria Alba Iulia , in ziua xx, luna xx, anul xx, ora xx, pe numitul xxx, din mun. xx, str xx, jud. xx, având actul de identitate cu seria nementionata , nr. xxx, pentru a fi audiat potrivit cererii de comisie rogatorie internationala formulata de autoritatile judiciare spaniole.

Exista vre-un alt equivalent in spaniola pt aceste institutii.
