In het strafrecht wordt over het algemeen gesproken over "beslissingen" van rechters en rechter-commissarissen. In het civiel recht wordt meestal gesproken over "besluiten". Aangezien het een strafzaak betreft zou ik hier zeker voor "beslissing" kiezen.
