В отличие от "в денежном выражении", "в натуральном" - это в штуках. Причём выражается в штуках прирост, или объём производства, или какие-то схожие показатели.
К чему это я? К тому, что я тоже за in physical terms (после того, как прочёл полный текст вопроса - отвечал с телефона, там не все русские кодировки читались, потому и три варианта. Теперь Guess that's it снимаю, оставляю только вариант 3 - in physical terms.
