It seems to be a fairly standardized accounting term, but is there a good English equivalent?

Huge thanks to all, but Clue's answer & information were most helpful. On further research, found the "ценности" here can include equipment, supplies & services, which I hesitate to call "valuables". Finally opted for compromise: "value items acquired"

Asker: Thanks, George..."valuables" came to mind, of course, but just sounds a little dubious. As far as I can tell, this company is involved in property development.

Clue: for value acquisitions - это на возмездной основе; из другой оперы :-)// high-value acquisitions - это тем более из другой оперы :-)) Здесь акцент на "приобретенных", а "ценности" практически равно "предметам", их "ценность" значения не имеет
