Организация не сообщила о проведении инвентаризатхии ООО АФ ХХХ.

The most plausible thing I found in sokr.ru is акционерная фирма (incorporated enterprise). If this is correct, I still don't know how to write it in an English abbreviation. On the internet, some sites just transliterate the whole thing (OOO AF), but that seems wrong to me.

Explanation:
It can't be an акционерная фирма because it's an OOO (which is not a "joint-stock" corporation in Russia) and anyway акционерная фирма is not a widely used term. Most probably it's an audit firm.
