I am translating a series of excerpts from bank accounts. This appears on the right of about the fifth line down in each of them. I wondered if it might be "ответственный исполнитель", but if so, it never says who this is. The line below is ВХОДЯЩИЙ ОСТАТОК ПАССИВ on the far left and sometimes a figure in roubles, under the ""ОТВ. ИСП" on the right, so it is not clear if this figure relates to the words on the left of the same line, or to the "ОТВ. ИСП" immediately above it.
