How it appeared in Russian language? Magic! It has turned into something different, moved some other direction than it's mother tongue intended to send.I drink tea with a name "Russian Earl Grey" (since when he became a Russian man?) and eat ice cream "Star of David" (is it a joke? No! Impressive, it sounds) but I feel sick meeting one of the most common English irregular verb/nouns spelt in cyrillic and I know for sure that it has become universal. Idon't think that the author has kept with it's common use even in Russian language.

in 19th century which became infamous for his outstanding disgusting behaviour in a drunken state.I do not remember exactly that bit of info about his troubles with London police, he was smashing windows and beating somebody on a head with a bottle. His name became derogative and, unless a very specific text has such, "hooligan/hooliganism" can have a negative meaning only in any language.The author has made a mistake, "весёлое озорство" should be there.
