Непонятно из контекста, проводится ли регистрация в самом отеле (и именно на это делается упор в рекламе) или они еще куда-нибудь выезжают, например, на природу.

В зависимости от этого могут быть различные оттенки перевода, поэтому ставлю confidence level medium.

Но смысл такой, что регистрация будет проходить не в Civil Registry Office, а в каком-либо другом месте.
