"Sign" and "list" don't go together very well, but this might be a way to wiggle around that problem.

"Shared listing area" is descriptive. Some people call these "lobby directory boards." Here's an ad for signs to use in/on such listings/boards/displays.

  -> I didn't compose a definition, but described lobby walls I've seen, to help get around the difficulty of meshing "sign" and "list" (i.e., you don't really say that a sign is "in/on/within" a list. Evidently some say (lobby) "directory board." See note.
