Как раз перевожу про мощные вентиляторы. Лопасти бывают прямые (радиальные или наклоненные - вперед или назад), а также кривые - от банально изогнутых вперед или назад до спец. аэродинамических форм. При этом могут быть одновременно и наклонными и изогнутыми (выгнутыми). И прочие комбинации...
А здесь нужен наиболее простой, понятный и распространенный вариант перевода:

Самое смешное, что эту фразу трудно перевести грамотно, хотя бы потому, что термин "обратные наклонные лопасти" не встречается совсем, они скорее с обратным изгибом, а не наклоном, но это так, к слову...
