Russian term or phrase: временами
In an otherwise excellent translation into English of an aircraft accident investigation report, this word is consistently translated as "temporary". Is this right? Or should it be "intermittent"?

- в 21.16 диспетчер подхода аэродрома Сочи передал экипажу прогноз на посадку типа тренд 150 на 1500 без указания тенденции «ВРЕМЕНАМИ».

It's what I thought, but this translation made me doubt it.
By analogy with UK weather reports, I think I'll translate it as "at times".
