Tech/Engineering - Aerospace / Aviation / Space / Air Traffic Control | | Russian term or phrase: временами | In an otherwise excellent translation into English of an aircraft accident investigation report, this word is consistently translated as "temporary". Is this right? Or should it be "intermittent"?

It's what I thought, but this translation made me doubt it.
By analogy with UK weather reports, I think I'll translate it as "at times".
