МК means "магнитный курс" (magnetic heading), but 32R is not heading but rather a runway code - it's the right (R) of the two runways oriented at 320° (runways are numbered in tens of degrees). What is actually certified is not the runway itself but the instrument landing systems of this runway.

By the way, runway code indicates not only the runway as a structure, but also the specific direction on it. If you land on the same runway but from its opposite end, it will be called 14L. |
