I've been able to 'decipher' the acronym myself after all - you've got it absolutely right... that is why I am going ahead with choosing your answer as the most helpful bypassing the 24 hour wait requirement... 'Placing a payload' - as you rightly noted later - would be a more accurate choice to enter the term into glossary.
