Russian term or phrase: ГСА
I know this came up in David's recent question. But I am not entirely sure still. Here's my chunk of context:

стоимость АТИ согласована для условий поставки ГСА, г. Саратов...

English translation:FCA = Free Carrier ...
Explanation:
This is correct as per Incoterms.
FCA terms are when the Seller has completed all export formalities and delivered the goods to the carrier (forwarding agent).
"FCA Saratov" means the cargo is sealed and documented for export in Saratov ready to be shipped wherever.

Well, I had champagne at work in the afternoon, then a long nap, and now I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go.

P.S. I believe \"ГСА\" is the Russian way of denoting \"FCA\" where there is no \"F\" on the Russian keyboard. Incoterms also calls it \"ФКА\" (sounds rude to me!) and describes it as \"свободно у перевозчика\"
(see \"Базисные условия поставки в контрактах купли-продажи ИНКОТЕРМЗ\", М, Научно-информационное учебно-производственное общество \"НИКИ\", available at all good outdoor развалы.
