выборка трещины - это процесс удаления трещины, а не ее выбора :)
кажется, переводится как removing (the) crack
с цековкой не помогу, не совсем понятно. текст не сильно знакомый и без контекста не очень ясно, что конкретно имеется в виду под сочетанием "по цековке отверстия". слова-то понятные, а толку...
цековка - это и инструмент и то, что получают с помощью него, да и процесс вроде тоже так называют :) это концентрическое отверстию углубление бОльшего диаметра и небольшой глубины. Если речь о том, что пошла трещина по цековке - это один вариант...
цековка - counterbore, отверстие с цековкой - counterbored hole

кстати, цековка отверстия под болт как правило делается для того, чтобы спрятать головку болта.
