На верхней поверхности центроплана для прохода коммуникаций и размещения оборудования образован гаргрот. На гаргроте установлен отклоняемый с помощью гидропривода тормозной щиток.
The upper surface of the center section has a spine fairing for communications and equipment arrangement. The spine fairing is equipped with a hydraulically operated brake flap.
