I am now more sure this means рублей за тонну-процент (even though I have a very vague idea what тонна-процент is):

Сушка 1 тонна-процента зерна стоит 22 рубля, а подработка -14 рублей.

It Ukrainian it is гривня, sometimes it is translated as hryvna.
