Уже прижилась калька с русского термина, т.к. наш чернозем отличается от других типов подобной почвы...

agree  Jack Slep: I've used "chernozem" for 50 plus years. It's a soil science term but it is also a common name and can be found in Webster's. Black Earth is synonymous with Chernozem but also with self-mulching black clays (in Australia).
