рассадоводство- выращивание рассады (материала для размножения растений), полученного вегетативным или генеративным (половым, в частности, семенным) путем. В нескольких проектах имеющих отношение к питомникам, в которых мне доводилось участвовать, использовался термин "plant propagation" - для процесса выращивания рассады/посадочного материала и "propagation material" - для самого материала.

Судя по дальнейшим вопросам аскера, под рассадоводством в данном контексте понимаются аспекты выращивания рассады с уклоном в семенное (половое) размножение растений. Для такого случая подходит термин "plants breeding". См. лингво "breeding" - "the process of producing plants or animals by sexual reproduction" Также погуглите "plants breeding", найдете множество ссылок по теме, с картинками и без.
