escalation of office disputes up the chain of command Explanation: Escalation is originally a military word but now more widely used, same goes for chain of command. "Administrative" and "conflict situations" would make the whole thing sound too much like bureaucratic jargon (but if the Russian original sounds like that to you, maybe that's what you want). |
