Inpatient Hospitalization Room and Board: Coverage of expenses actually incurred in semiprivate room or intensive care unit at 80% of ... ... plan at the end of the period covered by the advance for the expenses actually incurred (whether computed on the basis of actual expenses incurred or on the ... upon Explanation: The proper rendition of this regretable choice of language will depend on whetherthey mean the fact of incurring expenses or the fact of submitting receipts/statements of expenses. "actually incurred" or "at cost" Explanation: Agree with first answer above. To reimburse expenses at cost might be an alternative. Had a good example myself a couple of weeks ago, see below. ; .. 365 I ask you to permit payment for accommodation as expenses actually incurred, i.e. at a rate of 365 roubles per diem. |

соображения находятся ниже:-) Explanation: "... the amount of the Contract does not include the following expenditures, subject to payment on the basis of actual expenditures: ... Еще один вариант, это указать, что "...the toal sum of the Contract excludes actual expenditures, which shall be covered by ... XXX after presentaion of respective documents ... or ... vs separate invoices each possessing a copy enclosed for such a document". With bets regards, Dr. Tagir S. Tagirov, KSU. , (!)(!) . " " :) |

as incurred Explanation: "Po faktu" can be rendered in many different ways. The most standard one is to write "upon delivery", which can do if the context is dealing with providing goods and/or services, under the contract, to the client. In your context, however, since we are talking about goods/services, which come in excess of what is to be delivered, some additional costs are meant. Therefore, "as incurred" will sound better. I would translate the sentence as follows: "The following costs shall not be deemed to be part of the contract, and shall be reimbursed by the Customer as they are incurred:" Regards, Artyan None |
